Nationale Klassieke Pinkstercoursing 2022 (English)
On Sunday 5 June 2022, the WvCNL will organize the 'Nationale Klassieke Pinkstercoursing'. The coursing will be held on the WvCNL coursing grounds on the Nienoord estate in Leek (navigation address: Schilhoek 2,9351 AD, Leek).
With effect from 2022, the national Dutch regulations will change on a number of important points. Before registering for this coursing, it is important to read these changes carefully:
1. Height measurements for Whippets and Italian Greyhounds are no longer carried out in the Netherlands. In Dutch national competitions within a class is only split by gender (provided that at least 3 participating dogs of each sex are entered). In practice, this means that the former standard classes and sprinter classes in the Whippets and Italian Greyhounds will run in one class from 2022. When registering you can only choose 'Whippet' or 'Italian Greyhound', sprinter classes no longer exist.
As always, in 2022 all dogs from all over Europe with a valid coursing license are welcome at our coursing competitions.
2. The allocation of the (R-)CACNL has been changed in the 'Handboek Statuten en Reglementen' of the Dutch Kennel Club (former Kynological Regulations) and has been aligned as much as possible with the CACIL rules. To compete for a CACNL, an Exc-show result at a national show (in the Netherlands or abroad) must be submitted with the registration, obtained at the age of at least 15 months. The (R-)CACNL is awarded with a minimum of three dogs in the class and can be awarded up to a maximum of sixth place in the final classification.
The exact rules, included in the 'Handboek Statuten en Reglementen'', can be found here.
The start of the coursing is at 10am, coursing licenses must be handed in between 8.30am and 9.30am.
The entry fee is €20 for the first dog and €18.50 for all subsequent dogs of the same owner. The program sheet is free.
You can register online for the coursing here.
It is possible to run a license run prior to the competition. The costs are 5 Euro.
Registration closes on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 8 p.m., or when the maximum number of dogs to register has been reached.
When the official deregistration is available, you will find it here.
To be eligible for the CACNL, you must submit proof of a Ex-qualification obtained at a national show (in the Netherlands or abroad) at the minimum age of 15 months, in an adult class, at the same time as you register. This can be done by uploading it via the online registration form.
You can unsubscribe up to the registration deadline via the competition secretariat, by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the day prior to the coursing, there is a training session for non-competition dogs from approximately 4 pm.
